Jack Hinchcliffe

Jack Hinchcliffe of The Vara Team’s Seattle office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties across the Pacific Northwest. By combining his extensive market knowledge with The Vara Team’s collaborative resources, Hinchcliffe develops tailored investment strategies that address current market conditions and each client’s specific objectives.

Before joining The Vara Team, Jack spent three years as a Technical Recruiter, where he honed his skills in client relations and strategic problem-solving. He holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Washington State University. Outside of his professional work, Jack enjoys playing sports, listening to live music, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
